Annual Contract
These group mailboxes are paid for on a yearly basis. Mailboxes can be added or removed up until the date of payment and not again until one month before the next billing date. For example, if your group’s service is scheduled to begin in September of 2014, you may adjust the total number of mailboxes for your group until the billing date (September 1st). At that time, payment for all mailboxes in your group for the full year is due and further adjustments to the total number of mailboxes cannot be made until August of 2015. These changes would then be reflected in the bill due September 1st, 2015.
To account for unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you purchase several extra mailboxes at the beginning of your payment cycle to cover any mid-year additions you might have. Typically, we do not add mailboxes to a group in the middle of a billing cycle. However, if for some reason you have major changes to your organization and need a large number of mailboxes added, you may contact Billing (billing@psmail.net) to discuss modifying your contract in the middle of the contract year. In this case, you will be provided with an adjusted invoice to modify your contract.
You will not be granted a refund for unused or canceled mailboxes in the middle of a billing cycle, though if you have deleted several users from your group, you can add the same number of mailboxes at anytime within the yearly cycle.
Contracts can be canceled up to 30 days before your payment is due. If you should need to cancel your contract, all mailboxes in your group will either be deleted or converted to personal mailboxes (your choice). If converted to personal mailboxes, each user would then be responsible for paying the individual annual subscription price in order to maintain their mailbox.
